These are all times where thought work and coaching can be useful.

I call this Everyday Life Coaching.
Everyday life presents so many opportunities to explore challenges and problems that seem to be small, maybe even insignificant, but are actually much more because they’re happening on a daily basis.
These “little things” are actually a gold mine when it comes to opportunity for growth and understanding why we think what we think, feel what we feel and do what we do.
