When learning to drive, we’re told to be aware of blind spots – potential hazards that we may not be able to see because they’re blocked from our view.
Just like blind spots on the road, we also have them in our everyday lives.
They include things we think and do without knowing that they might not be in our best interest.
The truth is, we all have blind spots – part of our human nature is that sometimes, we can’t see what we can’t see. Sometimes, we need help.
It can be really powerful to have the awareness of some of our own blinds spots that might be keeping us stuck.
Why? Because when we can see them, we can do something about them.
