A few Sundays ago, a guest pastor at our church shared words that stuck with me, “You can have an amazing life, but not really be alive.” His words stood out and I instantly thought about how many of us are living on autopilot, going through the motions, feeling like we’re missing out on our actual lives.
My guest on this episode of BEYOND: The Podcast for Moms Called to Business, Jenn Kautsch, helps women wake up and feel fully alive again – specifically, through a lifestyle that includes living alcohol free. Jenn Kautsch (pronounced Couch) is the founder and creator of the SoberSis community and a leader in the “Sober Curious” movement. She lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband of 27 years. She’s also the mom of two adult children in their early 20s.
Jenn launched SoberSis on Christmas Day of 2017 and since then, more than 200,000 women have downloaded her free “Happy Hour Survival Guide”. Over 30,000 have participated in her 21 Day Reset Challenge.
It’s her passion and life’s calling to create a space where women can renegotiate their relationship with alcohol without labels, judgment or shame. She coaches women who feel stuck in the “gray area” on the drinking spectrum and helps women get off of “auto-pilot” and mindless sipping.
Jenn is also the author of a book, Look Alive, Sis! 40 Days To Awaken Your Sober Mind.
On this episode of BEYOND, you'll learn:
- Jenn’s personal story that led to the birth of SoberSis
