It’s been a long year for many of us. Instead of teaching and coaching on this episode, I feel called to check in and offer some encouragement by asking the question, “How are you (really?!) doing?”
As moms and business owners managing so many important pieces of our lives, we forgot to pause and check in on our own lives. Now and then, we need to do this – we need to take a “temperature reading” on ourselves and our lives so that we can assess what’s working, what isn’t, and where we need to make change.
