When it comes to growing a business, it's easy to think of just that: the GROWTH required to reach your goals and create the business you feel called to. The problem is, that we can be so focused on constant growth that it comes at a cost: the cost of our peace, our mental health, our quality of life, AND the actual growth of our business.
Growth is important for a business, yes. Seasons of growth can challenge and educate us; they can show what we're capable of and what is possible. But we aren't made to operate in "growth mode" all year, every year.
There are equally valuable seasons of life and business that we need to embrace if we want to build a profitable business that allows us to prioritize quality of life.
