Feeling “bad” – feeling angry, upset, sad, depressed, irritated, guilty or disappointed, for example – is a normal, healthy part of our life experience.
We were meant to experience a full range of emotions.
But what happens when we live in a world that tells us we should be happy, and yet we don’t feel happy all the time?
We feel bad ABOUT feeling bad. And it makes us feel worse.
We feel guilty about feeling guilty, we get angry with ourselves for feeling anger, and we even get depressed about our own depression.
In this episode, we talk about the problems we create for ourselves by feeling bad about feeling bad, and how we can feel so much better once we learn how to stop.
