From navigating the season after the death of a loved one, walking through the holidays as a single parent and sharing the holidays with an ex, to spending Thanksgiving and Christmas with people you’d rather not be around, these relationship challenges are creating stress, anxiety, anger, resentment and sadness. In this episode, we’re talking about how to handle the many emotions that come up during the holidays, how our expectations for this time of year can create our own suffering, and how to find hope for this season and the future.
