Emotional eating can be a struggle any day of the year, but it’s one I hear about often during the holiday season. Emotions are high in both directions: there’s excitement, happiness and joy; stress, sadness and other suffering. There are family gatherings, financial challenges and an abundance of food. We joke about “eating our feelings”, but we absolutely do.
