We’ve talked about the power of our beliefs and that our brain will believe whatever we tell it. Today we’re talking about five common beliefs that are keeping you stuck. Also known as limiting beliefs, these are things we see as TRUTH. In reality, they are optional thoughts we’re choosing to believe about ourselves and our lives – and they’re holding us back. They might be holding us back from taking action, from believing in ourselves or even what is possible for our lives. There is such freedom on the other side of limiting beliefs, and today, we’re talking about becoming aware of them and what they’re creating in our everyday.
