For many working moms, it’s the first thing you look at in the morning and the last thing you do before going to sleep at night.
During the day, you check in to see what friends are up to, read new messages and emails, distract yourself from a stressful project or escape from something you don’t want to do – like cleaning the kitchen or folding the laundry.
In many ways, our phones are the biggest distraction from the lives we already feel like we’re missing out on.
We mindlessly scroll for hours, but also believe we don’t have enough time in our days.
At our core, we acknowledge our scrolling and phone use is a problem – we want to be more present, we want to be an example for our families, and we want to be more intentional, more productive with our time – but we also don’t know how to stop.
In this episode, we’re talking about why we’re hooked to our phones and why it’s so hard to stop scrolling.
When we better understand what has us hooked, we’re more empowered to do something about it.
Can’t wait for you to listen.
