What if you could cut the number of your problems in half?

Shakespeare famously said, “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”

Essentially, problems don’t become problems until we decide so.

We create them with our thoughts – through the narratives we tell ourselves about our lives.

In a life that feels like problems just happen to us, this is great news.

Problems are directly connected to our stress, overwhelm and much of the unnecessary suffering we face, so it’s important to understand them and choose them carefully.
