Believing that we have to choose between either being a great mom or pursuing meaningful work outside of parenting.
This belief causes a day-to-day, sometimes moment-by-moment tension within us as we constantly feel like we’re having to choose.
We create stress, overwhelm, fear and guilt, not only by believing we have to choose EITHER/OR, but also by fearing that we might choose the wrong one.
What if this belief is not only holding us back in our lives and making us feel awful about ourselves, but isn’t even true?
