As a coach for moms called to building business and careers, I coach a lot on the topic of time – specifically, our desire for more of it (and to be better stewards of it) in a life where we’re doing ALL the things. But today, we’re talking about time from a different perspective.

We’re looking at the big-picture thoughts we have about time as mothers, and how these seemingly-sweet and sentimental thoughts (Time flies! They grow up so fast!) might be making you feel sad, guilty and even depressed.

The way you think about time becomes how you feel about your life – it impacts how you show up as a wife, mother, professional and human being.

When we shine a light on the common thoughts we have about time as busy moms, we’re able to see what those thoughts are creating in our days. And if we want to? We can change them and feel better.

In this episode, we talk about:

Beyond

This is the podcast for moms called to business as creative entrepreneurs and coaches. Through mindset and strategy, I help you leverage your faith and your beliefs to get out of your own way so that you simplify, focus and build a business that serves you, your family and your clients well – a business run with integrity that creates both income and impact. Around here, we go beyond the surface and dive deep into what matters most. We talk about mindset, faith, motherhood, money, marketing, messaging and more. So much of why you were called to business is because of who you’re becoming along the way. As your coach, my job is to help you grow your business. My mission is to help you grow as a person.
