Beyond Happy Episode 206: How to Stop Procrastination (in Life and Business) for Good

Procrastination gets in the way of best utilizing our most valuable resource as a mom in business: our time. We put off and delay important tasks and priorities and opt to use that time in other ways. 

Intellectually, we know this isn’t helpful. We see the cost: stress, overwhelm and feeling even more behind that we already feel. So why do we procrastinate? Sometimes it’s because we feel  overwhelmed, lack focus, fear failure or simply lack motivation. Other times we put things off to avoid unpleasant tasks.

Procrastination is a habit that can negatively affect your business in a number of ways, but there is a simple solution.

 On this episode, you’ll learn:
• Why being a procrastinator is not just “who you are”
• The main reasons that lead us to delay doing what needs to be done in our everyday lives and businesses
