Controversial opinion? I’m a big believer in quitting. Not always. Not in every situation and circumstance, but I feel confident in saying this: if you want this year to be different… in your life, in your relationships, in your parenting, in your faith, in your business… there are some things you need to give yourself permission to quit first.

On today’s episode of BEYOND, I want to help you uncover what that thing, or those things, are for you. There may be some things you know would serve you well to stop doing. But I’ll be there’s some you might not even be conscious of – you may not even realize these stumbling blocks are there. When you hear some of what I’m about to share today, it may create the awareness you need to do something about it.

On this episode, you’ll learn:

• What you might need to quit when it comes to your relationship with you

• Three things to stop doing in your relationships with other people

• The most common things you need to quit in your business

• One thing you can quit today that will change the trajectory of your life and business this year

Are you wanting to make 2023 a different kind of year? Let’s make it happen. Working together, you’ll get mindset support, weekly accountability plus business and marketing strategy – everything you need to build a life and business you don’t want to quit.
